Ingredients:
Bowl #1
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Bowl #2
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º and grease a 13x9 aluminum pan using shortening only.

In bowl #1, blend melted butter and light brown sugar until pasty. In a cereal bowl, blend one egg and add it to the butter and sugar. Blend well. Blend another egg in the cereal bowl and then add that to the mixture. Blend well again. Add the 2 tsp of vanilla extract and blend.

In bowl #2, combine flour, chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Blend until mixed well.

Add bowl #2 to bowl #1, blend until dry ingredients are integrated in the wet ingredients.

Spread into the grease 13x9 aluminum pan and bake 20-25 minutes.

It may look slightly undercooked inside, it will cook a little after removing from oven. This is how it is supposed to look for wonderfully chewy brownies.
