Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
˝ cup chopped green pepper
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1—14.5 oz. can tomatoes, diced
1—11 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can sliced black olives
6 bacon strips cook, crumbled
2 tsp. chili powder
1 ˝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic power
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook beef, onion, and green pepper. Stir in rice, tomatoes, corn, olives, bacon, chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Bring to boil remove from heat and add 1 cup cheese, Stir till melted.

Transfer to greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° F for 15-20 minutes.

*Great on a tortilla shell or use tortilla chips with sour cream.
