5 lbs. white potatoes
1 c. diced celery
2 slices diced onions
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1-1 1/2 c. mayo
S&P to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, cool. Add celery and onions, mix. In separate bowl mix mayo, vinegar and sugar together. Taste - add vinegar if needed. Add to potatoes, mix and put in fridge. Can be made the day before needed.
Add paprika to top for color.
