½ C butter
½ C peanut butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla
Combine flour, baking powder and slat; stir into peanut butter mixture
Drop by rounded spoon full onto un prepared cookie sheet
Bake for 10 - 12 min
Cool 5 minutes; remove to wire rack
