1½ cups crab meat, cooked
½ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
4 English Muffins, split in half, (making 8 Shipsiders)
Butter
Sliced tomatoes - one slice for each Shipsider
2 packages of Knorr Hollandaise Sauce - made according to package directions

Directions:
Directions:
Put oven on Broil.
Combine the crab, celery, and onion.
Spread each half English Muffin with butter. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and place the English Muffin halves in the pan. Toast (broil) them in the oven until slightly browned. Remove from the oven.
Preheat oven to 375º
Put about ½ cup of the crab mixture on each muffin half and place in oven for about 7-8 minutes.
Place a sliced tomato on top and return to the oven for another 7-8 minutes.
Remove from oven and place one on each plate. Spoon a generous amount of Hollandaise Sauce over each and dust with paprika.
Serve immediately.

NOTES:
1. Make the Hollandaise Sauce right before you assemble the Shipsiders and keep
the sauce warm.
2. Finely chop the celery and onion.
3. Make sure the crab mixture is also at room temperature.
4. Serve extra Hollandaise for table.
5. Four English Muffins usually serves four people.
