3½ cups quite warm water
¼ cup honey
1 pkg. yeast

½ cup wheat germ
½ cup bran
¼ cup molasses.

1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water and honey. Stir until honey has dissolved. Add yeast and let stand until yeast dissolves and foams.

Add wheat germ, bran, and molasses. (These aren't necessary but do give added flavor).

Add salt and enough flour to handle. Knead, adding more flour as needed. Let rise till double in bulk. Knead a few minutes. Let rest. Then knead and mold into 3 loaves. If loaves are too large make 4. Let raise in pans -- but not too much.

Bake 20 minutes in 425º oven. Turn heat to 375º and bake 40 to 45 minutes more.

My round cans contained pineapple or tomato juice. Grease good, then flour -- tap excess flour out.

After baking remove from pans while still hot.
