2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
⅔ cup butter
⅔ cup brown sugar
8 ounce package cream cheese
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, pecans, butter and brown sugar togerther. Line a 9X13 with half the mixture.
Bake in 350º oven for about 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese and white sugar together until well blended. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until blended. our on top of baked crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture.Bake until set, about 25 minutes.
