1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 1/2 cup milk
1 12oz. Cool Whip
2 3 oz. Instant French Vanilla Pudding

Crush Oreo's in blender, set aside.
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar, set aside.
Mix milk, Cool Whip and pudding.

Combine butter and cream cheese mixture with pudding and Cool Whip mixture.

Layer cookie crumbs and pudding mix alternately, beginning and ending with cookie mix.
Refrigerate until served.
