Personal Notes:
For our VAB weekend, I used Bulleit Bourbon in this cocktail. I like to use a high rye bourbon (such as Bulleit) for this recipe because it has a bolder, spicier character than one with a lower rye content. BUT, that being said......to me, any KY bourbon is a good bourbon and would be perfect in the Man o' War!

I used Dekuyper 03 Premium Orange Liqueur for this cocktail. Several years ago, a Liquor Barn employee recommended this to me when I was making Margaritas. Since then, it's my go-to for cocktails that require orange liqueur. Total Wine sells it, as well. Both places tend to often run low on their supply. I cry when I run out and can't find more!
