1 cup sugar
1 cup margarine, soft
3 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 vanilla extract
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup flour

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick of margarine or butter
8 ox. cream cheese
Vanilla to taste
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together until fluffy, sugar, margarine, cream cheese, almond, vanilla and egg yolk.
2. Mix salt and flour together. Add to cream mixture. Blend well.
3. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
4. Roll out 1/3 of dough at a time to 1/8 inch thickness.
5. Cut into desired shapes and bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Mix frosting ingredients together and refrigerate if desired.
This cookie dough also works well in the cookie shooter after chilling.
Makes 3 dozen.
