4 medium sweet potatoes.
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 package minature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes. Cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Cook sweet
potatoes covered 10 to 15 minutes until tender.

Transfer potatoes to a 2 quart baking dish. Add brown sugar
and melted butter. Stir and bake 375 degrees for 30 to 35
minutes. Add marshmellows on top and bake additioanl 5
minutes.
