4 bananas
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

For the Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/3 cup half and half
2 tablespoons light-color corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bananas in butter and brown sugar 2-4 minutes

For the Sauce:
In a small saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir 1/4 cup water, Stir in half and half, corn syrup and butter.
Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Cook and stir 2
minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve over
bananas and ice cream.
