1 c. Peanut Butter
2/3 c. Brown Sugar or Sugar Alternative
1 Egg or 3 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 c. Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix until combined.

3. Using your hands, form 12 balls of cookie dough and place them on the lined sheet.

4. Press down on each cookie to form a cookie shape. Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.

5. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet completely.
