1/4 c. Coconut Oil
1/4 c. Maple Syrup
1/4 c. Peanut Butter
1 scoop. Protein Powder (Flavour of choice)
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 c. Unsweetened Fine Coconut
1/2 c. Quinoa Flakes
1/4 c. Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, sea salt, and protein powder together in a small saucepan until it’s completely melted and smooth.

2. Mix the coconut, quinoa flakes, and chocolate chips together in a bowl.

3. Pour the melted protein mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.

4. Form 14 cookies using your hands and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. (Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water over the dough if it’s not sticking together very well).

5. Place in the fridge or freezer until hardened.

6. Store in the fridge or freezer.
