1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Extra sugar for dipping and criss cross top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients.

Roll spoonfuls of dough into balls and place on greased sheet.

Make criss cross pattern to smash down cookie balls with a fork dipped in sugar.

Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
