1 small package Lime Jello. (3 oz)
2 cups crushed pineapple drained. (No. 2 can)
Combine Pineapple juice and hot water to make 2 cups.
Combine with jello
Mix in pineapple
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the pineapple juice and water into the jello. Cool until almost set.

Mix in the remaining ingredients.

Fold in 1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream whipped.

Chill until set.

This recipe is handed down from Alli’s great grandmother. Only her Mom and Aunt really like it. Just had to include it so that she had some history in her cookbook…
