Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
1 TBSP White Sugar

Filling
8oz block of cream cheese (take out of fridge to soften – easier to mix)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 large Container of cool whip (let soften a bit for mixing)
3 cups blueberries

Use a 9" x 13" pan. Mix the crust ingredients and pat down in a pan and bake for 5-10 minutes in a 350 ºF oven. Let cool and then add the next lawyer.
Mix together by mixer Softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla. Mix until smooth, no lumps. Then gently stir in by hand the Whip topping that has softened.
Last – add the blueberries and mix as little as possible. Then spread mixture in pan on the cooled crust.
ENJOY!

This dessert was Evan's favourite and Grandma would always bring it to Evan for his birthday. It was a popular dessert at family gatherings
