Yeast Mixture
1 Tablespoon Yeast
¾ Cup Warm Water
½ teaspoon Sugar

Mix together
1 ½ cups boiling Water
1 cup oats
2 Tablespoons Shortening
2 teaspoons salt
Let sit until cooled to Room Temperature

Then add
¼ cup brown Sugar
¼ cup Molasses
Yeast Mixture
4 ¾ - 5 ¼ cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Let Rise until Doubled , Punch down and form into two loaves. Let Rise again.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes
