3/4 cup flour
pinch salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cups sugar - divided
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
2 cups of desired fruit
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Melt butter in sauce pan and pour in baking dish.
Sift or stir with whisk flour, salt,andbaking powder.
Mix in 1 cup sugar. Stir in milk and beat.
Pour batter over butter. DO NOT MIX. Arrange fruit over batter.
Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

8 X 8 glass baking dish

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, until golden brown
