1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

In mixer, cream together the peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Add egg and vanilla.

Mix together both mixtures.

Roll cookies in sugar and flatten.

Bake at 350º for 14-16 minutes.
