201 g (1 cup) sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated
½ tsp. ground cloves
1½ cups pumpkin (canned or mashed - see below)
1⅔ cup sweet condensed milk
2 eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 ºF.

Mix all ingredients until well combined and smooth.

Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust.

Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 325 ºF.

Bake another 45 minutes.

For baked pumpkin:

Cut one pie pumpkin in half, remove seeds, cover with foil.

Bake one hour at 350 ºF.

Scoop pumpkin off of rind then mash.
