2 cups unwashed pumkin seed
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 T. melted butter
1 tsp salt (or desired amount)
Lawrys salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients execpt for the butter and mix in bowl. Melt butter and pour over ingredients. Put seeds in shallow baking pan. Bake 250 for 1-2 hours.
