Ingredients:
Ingredients:
250g digestive biscuits
150g milk chocolate
150g dark chocolate
100g unsalted butter (don't worry if you only have salted)
150g golden syrup

Optional extras (whichever you want or all of them)
100g mini marshmallows
100g dried apricots chopped
75g raisins
60g pecan nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put the biscuits into a plastic bag and bash into small bits

Melt both chocolates, butter and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over slightly boiling water in a saucepan. Stir well. [You can microwave it. 60 sec first and then stir as that often melts the last unmelted bits. Then 10/20 sec bursts if it still needs melting so it doesn't overcook.]

Stir in the biscuits and other stuff as you want.

Line a 20 cm (8 in) shallow, square-shaped tin with clingfilm. Spoon the mix into the tin and level it by pressing down with a potato masher or the back of a wooden or big metal spoon.

Set the cake in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then turn it out and peel off the clingfilm. Cut into slices and serve
