Cake:
2 Sticks Margarine
1 C water and
4 T. Cocoa Powder
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ C. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla


Icing:
1 Stick Margarine
4 T. Cocoa
6 T. Buttermilk
4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil: 2 Sticks Margarine, 1 C water and 4 T. Cocoa Powder

Pour over: 2 C. Sugar, 2 C. Flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt - all sifted together

Add: ½ C. Buttermilk, 1 tsp. Vanilla

Bake in greased and floured 11x17 Sheet pan @ 350º for 20 minutes.

Icing:
Melt 1 Stick Margarine in sauce pan. Add 4 T. Cocoa & 6 T. Buttermilk and bring to a boil. Add 4 C. Powdered Sugar & 1 tsp. Vanilla

Cool slightly and then pour over cake.
