"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm (or hot) water

3 Packets unflavored gelatin

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 cups Milk (you will need 2 cups of milk for each color & 2 cups to make an additional color)

1-2 Jello Packets (Use one jello packet for each of your colors)

(Ask Emma for more direction if confused)

Directions:
Directions:
Start by evenly coating a Bundt pan with Pam or any other type of cooking oil. Spread oil with a paper towel. Place into the fridge until ready to add your jello layers.

Before starting your color mixtures, mix together 3 packets of unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup hot/warm water in a small bowl. Set aside

To prepare colors:
Place 1 cup of milk into a microwave safe Pyrex for about 1:00. Combine warm milk and one packet of Jello powder into a medium bowl until powder is FULLY dissolved. Then, add one cup of cold milk into the same bowl. Continue the process with different bowls and colors until you make the desired amount.

To make white layer:
In a medium bowl, mix together 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 2 cups cold milk until VERY well combined. Then, add your gelatin and water mixture into the milk and sweetened milk mixture. (If gelatin is too thick, place into the microwave for 15-20seconds to thin it). Mix until well combined.

Layering in your Bundt pan:
To start your layers, add in the first color of your choice. Make sure to only pour around half of your mixture at a time into your pan. Pour very carefully. Then, set into the fridge to set for about 20-40 minutes. Repeat the process using different colors for your layers. After final layer, let set for 6-8 hours or overnight.

To take out of the pan:
Carefully remove pan from fridge after letting set COMPLETELY. Wet hands and carefully pull jello from the side of the bundt pan. Repeat the process until Jello is unstuck from pan. Flip your decorative plate and place over top of the pan. Carefully flip over your creation and let it drop onto the plate. Slowly remove pan to ensure jello does not rip. Top with fruit or other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
