1 cup rice (not quick rice)
1 Package Lipton's dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (low fat, low sodium works)
1 can cream of chicken soup (low fat, low sodium)
1 soup can water
Chicken breasts, skinless, seasoned with salt and pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken. Spread dry rice on bottom of (Pyrex) or metal rectangular baking dish about 8" x 13". Spread dry Lipton Onion soup over top of rice.

Add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup to mixture, mixing in water.
Add chicken and press into mixture, so just covered. Cover pan tightly with foil.

Bake at 325 degrees(glass dish) or 350 degrees metal pan for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake for another 1/2 hour. (May need to reduce baking time if
chicken is dry).

This recipe may be made ahead and stored covered in refrigerator overnight, then baked as above. Refrigerated mixture may take longer to bake.

If mixture is too soupy with one can water, reduce water to your liking.
