1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teas. prepared mustard
2 teas. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
4 cups cooked red potatoes-diced or sliced
½ cup green onions, chopped plus tops
1 cup celery, sliced or chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, mustard, salt and 2 tbs. of the blue cheese. Mix gently: potatoes, onion, celery and chopped egg. Add and gently mix the dressing with the potato mixture. Chill! Before serving, sprinkle the top with the remaining blue cheese.

This recipe was given to me by Linda Slatter, my long-time friend. She doesn't remember from whom she got it, or even about it! But I find it very memorable! I love it-especially when it is really cold!
