1 Q. milk
1 C. Lard
1 C. Sugar (scant)
Heat until lard melts stiring constantly. Cool

1 teas. Baking soda (scant)
1 teas. Baking powder (rounded)
1½ teas. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together:
1 teas. Baking soda (scant)
1 teas. Baking powder (rounded)
1½ teas. Salt

Add to First mixture. Add Approximately 7¾ C. Flour.

Add dissolved yeast packet and mix thoroughly.
Let rise for 2 hours. Shake pan until dough falls. Place in refrigerator. When ready to use, work into a soft dough.

Cut out and turn in grease and bake.
