2 lb hot sausage
1 c diced celery
1 c diced onion
1 c diced bell pepper
2 T butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 c rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Brown and drain sausage. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add diced vegetables, cook until tender. Combine all ingredients spread out into 11x13 in. casserole dish. Bake at 360 for 40 min or until center is hot.
