1 lb country sausage
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg sliced bacon cut in half
1 loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, then drain the grease. In the fryer mix the cream cheese with the browned sausage. With the crust cut off the bread slices cut in half. Spoon about 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture onto the half bread slice roll and then wrap with the half slice of bacon. Bake at 360 for about 30-35 minutes, or until bacon is done. Turn about halfway thru.

I usually bake them on a cooling or cooking rack so that the bread won't soak up the bacon grease.
