4¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1½ cups Land O Lake butter
1¼ cups granulated sugar
1¼ cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 TBSP. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) package (2 cups) real semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips.

Preheat oven 375 º
Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda in medium bowl. Set aside. Combine butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping sides often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. reduce speed to low. Beat gradually adding flour mixture, until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chunks. Drop by ¼ cup. 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets.

Tip: For 2½ inch cookie, drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
