Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2. c. softened butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1½ c. peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 Tbl. vanilla extract
1½ c. quick oatmeal
3 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
10 oz. bag of mini M&M's
1 c. miniature chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Prepare a sheet cake pan by lining with parchment paper or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl or bowl of stand mixer (with paddle attachment), combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and peanut butter. Mix until fluffy and pale in color. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix. Add in the oats and baking soda. Mix until combined. Add the M&M's and chocolate chips. Stir together with wooden spoon. Dump dough in pan and spread out...not easy but doable. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Edges will be lightly browned and the middle will still look pale and underdone, but it will finish baking as it cools. You do not want to over-bake these. Let cool completely before cutting.
