1 whole chicken skinned and de-boned (rotisserie is fine) - chopped fine not shredded - food processor is ok just don't grind smooth
3 boiled eggs
2 T. grated onion
1/4 - 1/3 chopped sweet pickles (sweet relish is fine)
2 to 3 stalks of celery chopped very fine
Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) probably 2 or 3 large tablespoons
salt
pepper

Mix all together. If making finger sandwiches be sure to spread bread with a very thin layer of mayonnaise.This keeps them from becoming soggy. Chill, trim and cut in triangles or fingers. Use a serrated or bread knife to trim and cut.
