Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup scalded milk
4 cups sifted flour
1 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
1/4-1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scald milk.
2. Add butter and sugar to scalded milk, cool.
3. Add yeast and about 2/3 cups flour.
4. Add eggs and remaining flour.
5. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
6. Shape into desired rolls.
7. Allow to rise.
8. Bake in a 350º oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
