1 pound ground sausage (I prefer maple or breakfast sausage)
1 diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4-5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage and onion until done.
2. Layer thinly sliced potatoes, then meat mix in baking dish, season with salt and
pepper, repeat.
3. Mix can of milk with cream of mushroom soup and pour over casserole.
4. Bake at 300º until potatoes are done.
5. Can add grated cheese on top and place back in the oven until melted.
