1 ¾ c. Sugar
1 c. 2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
5 ⅓ c. All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Salt
1# 8 oz. Chocolate Chips (mini)

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
2.) Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
3.) Scrape down bowl and soft the dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
4.) Add dry ingredients in two parts.
5.) Fold in chocolate chips

Oven should be preheated to 325ºF convection or 350ºF conventional. Bake until just golden brown and cookies hold their shape.
