1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (15 oz.) fruit cocktail, do not drain
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 chopped nuts meats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, soda and salt. Stir in fruit cocktail, Do Not Drain. Add egg. Pour into oblong baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and chopped nut meats; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
