2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Stick Butter
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
5 Bags Microwave Buttered Popcorn -appx 10 quarts
(Act II Popcorn works Best)

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat cook butter, corn syrup and sugar until it comes to a boil. Add Sweetened condensed milk. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until mixture comes to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour mixture over popped corn. Mix together until all popcorn is covered in caramel. Let cool enough to handle with buttered hands. Lightly buttered hands will help the caramel from sticking to your hands while forming balls.
