1 c brown sugar
1½ sticks butter
½ t salt
1½ c flour
1 c quick oats
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar and salt, then add flour and oats. Melt milk and chips together over a double boiler. Pat 2½ c flour mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Spread chocolate over crust and top with remaining crumbs (if the crumbs are too moist add some more oats). 350º for 25 minutes. Cut when cool.
