1¼ C AP Flour
1 T Sugar
1 t Salt
1 cube (8T) Unsalted Butter, cut into ¼ inch cubes
3 T Ice Water

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, sugar and salt to a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add butter and to dry ingredients and mix until the texture resembles course corn meal (same as pasties). Add water and mix until the dough comes together.

Turn dough out on well floured pastry mat and flatten into a disk. Gently tap the dough with the rolling pin until it is approximately 6-8 inch disk. Then roll the dough out to the desired pie size diameter (about ⅛ inch thick).
