1 1/3 C. (16 oz.) jar peanut butter
1/2 C. butter, room temp.
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 C. oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. milk chocolate chips
1 C. m&m's
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Stir until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, stir until well combined. Add oats and baking soda, stir well. Make sure it's very well mixed. Mix in chocolate chips and m&m's. Using a 1/2 C. measuring cup, portion out balls and roll between palms to make them smooth. Place 3 cookies on a sheet at once so they have room to spread. Bake for 12 mins. then press them down slightly using a fork and bake for another 6 mins. Let cool on tray about 5 mins. then transfer to a cooling rack.
