•1 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup swerve you can use powered or granulated
• 1 tsp vanilla *optional*

Heat oven at 350.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you get a thick, dough-like mixture.
3. Use a cookie scoop or roll it into balls.
4. Use a fork and create a crisscross X on the tops.
5. Bake for 12- 15 minutes
