First Layer:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup nuts
Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar (may use less)

Third Layer:
1 large pkg instant butterscotch pudding
1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Fourth Layer:
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1/4 cup chopped nuts or toasted coconut

Directions:
First layer:
Blend margarine into flour with a fork until crumbly, mix in nuts.
Press into 9x13 inch pan, bake 15 minutes at 350º. Set aside to cool.
Second layer:
Blend ingredients and carefully spread over the first layer.
Third layer:
Beat both pudding mixes and milk for 2 minutes. Pour over second layer.
Fourth layer:
Spread Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with nuts or coconut.

Chill 2 hours.
