6 oz piece of red snapper per person
Sprinkle of allspice
Sprinkle garlic powder
Mango salsa (see recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle some allspice and garlic powder on both sides of the fish. And a really hot skillet with olive oil or grapeseed oil sear the fish about 3 to 4 minutes per side until it just releases from the pan. Serve with mango salsa and enjoy.
