1 cup Margarine or Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 tbsp Hot Water
1 tsp Vanilla
1-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Oatmeal
1 cup Raisins, Walnuts, or Coconut
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, add sugar and cream well.
Add beaten eggs, hot water and vanilla, mix well.
Add sifted flour, salt and baking soda. Mix.
Add oatmeal, raisins or walnuts or coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix well.

Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º F for 12 to 15 minutes.
