2 sticks of butter
1 cup Turbinado or Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
½ cup Almond Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
½ Salt (optional)
1 cup Chocolate Chips or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave ~ 1 minute
Add sugars. Mix to combine. Add the eggs and vanilla blend until creamy.
Mix flours and baking soda in another bowl until well combined.

Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Blend well by hand.
Add chocolate chips.

Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Scoop cookies dough and place on cookie sheet.

Bake ~ 12-18 minutes.

For crunchy cookies let them stay in the oven with it turned off. Check so they don’t burn.
