1 box lemon cake mix
2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 cups poppy seeds, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in large mixing bowl cake and pudding mix, eggs, oil and water. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into oiled bunt or tube cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Turn cake upside down on plate, remove from pan while still warm.

Variation: You can make Chocolate Pound Cake by using a chocolate cake mix and pudding mix.
