2 cups flour
1 cup Quaker Oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup solid packed pumpkin
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter; add sugars; beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg & vanilla. Mix well.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and pumpkin. Mix in chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
