1 large eggplant peeled and sliced
1-2 eggs
bread crumbs
1 package of mozzarella cheese
parmesian cheese
Marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Create a breading station. Put the beaten eggs in one dish, the bread crumbs in another.

Dip the sliced eggplant in the eggs and then the breadcrumbs.When the eggplant is all coated, fry them until they are crisp.

After all the eggplant is fried, start layering them in a pan. First put a layer of sauce, then eggplant, parmesan cheese, mozzarella and sauce.

Keep buliding the layers until you use all the eggplant.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
