1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 2teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar, add eggs, sour milk then dry ingredients, add bananas. Bake at 325º for 30 to 45 minutes. If you use shortening instead of butter add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Recipe doubles well to make a large sheet cake or 35-40 muffins.
